Because Beauty Essence products are personal-care items, sales are final except for damaged, defective, incorrect items, or other situations where a return, replacement, or refund is required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, scent, texture, or similar preference-based reasons.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact Beauty Essence as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution. Please do not send products back unless Beauty Essence specifically instructs you to do so.
Allergies, Sensitivities & Product Suitability
Please review the full ingredient list before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities. A patch test is recommended before first use when appropriate. Discontinue use if irritation, redness, discomfort, or another adverse reaction occurs.
Individual sensitivities and product experiences vary. This policy does not waive any rights or remedies that may apply under law.
Order Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, contact Beauty Essence as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Delivered Packages
A carrier status of Delivered will generally be treated as evidence of delivery. Beauty Essence is not generally responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after carrier-confirmed delivery, except where responsibility is required by applicable law.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when Beauty Essence determines that an order issue was caused by our error or where otherwise required by law.
Product Results
Beauty Essence does not guarantee identical cosmetic results for every customer. Hair, scalp, skin, routines, environment, and individual sensitivities differ from person to person. Please refer to our Product Disclaimer for additional information.
